About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior AI Engineer to join our cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence team. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing (NLP), combined with strong engineering fundamentals and leadership skills. You’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable AI solutions that power real-world applications across diverse industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, train, and deploy ML/DL models for NLP, computer vision, and predictive analytics use cases.

• Build and maintain end-to-end MLOps pipelines ensuring scalable and reliable model delivery.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Engineering, Product, and Research) to define AI-driven product features.

• Optimize model performance and reduce inference latency across cloud and edge environments.

• Contribute to research efforts in explainable AI and model fairness.

• Mentor junior engineers and guide them in AI project implementation and experimentation.

• Leverage cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure) to deploy robust and secure AI services.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in AI, ML, or Data Science roles.

• Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and Hugging Face.

• Solid understanding of NLP, transformer models (BERT, GPT), and computer vision techniques.

• Experience with MLOps tools — Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Strong background in data engineering using Pandas, NumPy, SQL, and Spark.

• Experience deploying AI systems on AWS, GCP, or Azure.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, or related field.

• Research publications in AI, ML, or NLP.

• Certifications in TensorFlow, AWS ML, or Google Cloud AI.

• Familiarity with large language models and fine-tuning techniques.
